Silvereye 12 inch Paper Pieced Pattern
The Silvereye (otherwise known as Wax-Eye) is the ninth block in my series of New Zealand Native Birds. Its Maori name is Tauhou, which means 'stranger' or 'new arrival'.
The Silvereye is a really pretty wee bird which flits happily from branch to branch.
This foundation paper pieced pattern (and all my other patterns) contain:
1. written instructions telling you the order to sew the paper pieces together.
2. A pictorial overview of the pattern to help you orientate the pieces
3. Separate pattern pieces which include a 1/4 inch seam allowance.
Please note that this pattern does not include the feather border shown on the mini quilt.
