Yale Key 1- An 8 Inch Foundation Paper Pieced Pattern

This pattern is the sixth in a series of eight keys which I designed. You can buy the patterns individually or as a bundle.

They are a great scrap busting project as you need minimal fabric for the key itself and about a fat eighth of fabric for the background.

This foundation paper pieced pattern (and all my other patterns) contain:
1. written instructions telling you the order to sew the paper pieces together.
2. Pictorial overviews of the pattern to help you orientate the pieces
3. Separate pattern pieces which include a 1/4 inch seam allowance.

Basic paper piecing instructions are not included, but I have included a few tips and a link to the paper piecing tutorials on my blog.

Formulas are included for those who wish to resize the block.
